The QuickShip Lightweight Lead Thyroid Shields is a great comfortable lead collar used to effectively reduce radiation exposure. Can be added to work together with a matching lead apron. They are an easy to wear lead collar that provides radiation protection to the neck region. Designed to be worn both by patients and medical professionals, our lead thyroid shields have Velcro straps to assure a quick application while keeping you safe. Plus, for a comfortable and secure fit, they feature a buckle in the front, which is attached to the apron.

Like our lead aprons, these thyroid shields are available in Lightweight Lead with 0.50mm Pb lead equivalency. The Lightweight Lead core material passed the universally recognized testing procedures: ASTM F3094-14.
