Most of our Costas are hand assembled in USA, because we have yet to find a machine that does the job as well as a real, live person. We receive parts for our optical glasses from all around the world. Costas assembled in USA are examined by no fewer than eight pairs of eyes before they ever shield yours. It’s the only way we know how to keep the high standards we need to confidently back every pair of Costas with a limited warranty.

Costa optical eyeglass frames are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship. Costa will repair or replace (with an identical or reasonably equivalent style), at our option, any product determined by Costa to have a manufacturer’s defect. Costa will ask you to cover a processing fee, which includes return shipping and handling, plus applicable tax.

Costa offers a line of high quality Readers in a variety of styles – C-Mates Bifocal Readers and Dress reading glasses.

A lens cleaning solution and our premium microfiber cleaning cloth are your best bets for keeping your Costas in top shape. Keep them in their protective case, away from extreme temperatures (translation: don’t leave them on the dash of your pickup). Regular tightening of your hinge screws will also help maintain your frame. Follow these guidelines and your Costas will help you see what’s out there for years to come.

Just like all other angling equipment, proper maintenance of your Costas is vital in achieving maximum performance and maximum protection. To keep your Costas in great condition and to get the most out of them in your time on the water, follow these simple steps.
Rinse: Take your Costas and run them under some lukewarm water to rinse away any salt, sunscreen or other unwanted debris.
Clean: Take a dash of mild soap and lightly apply it to the lenses. Use your fingers to gently spread it across the lens and cover the full surface.
Rinse again: Once you’ve applied the soap, run your Costas under water again ensuring that all residue is removed.
Dry: For the final step, take your microfiber cloth and gently dry your Costas. Make sure to do this thoroughly!

The Costa Optical eyeglasses line will range in price from $149.00 – $259.00 depending on the frame material and style you choose.
