Send us Your Frames and we will insert the specific prescription lenses into your frames. If we cannot edge the lenses into your frames we will refund and send the frames back to you. We recommend emailing us your frame style and prescription before proceeding with your order. If your prescription cannot be filled out in the form, email us at [email protected] and we will let you know if we can make up the glasses with your prescription. We can make much stronger prescription’s then in our form, but they must be done in standard plastic or metal frames, not Wrap Around frame styles.. These Polycarbonate Sodium Flare glasses are very efficient in filtering sodium flare in addition to providing good ultraviolet protection. It is very comfortable for viewing under high ambient light conditions such as when working with glowing heat sources for a duration of time. Although sodium flare polycarbonate glasses frames have a relatively low luminous transmission of 38%, it is not recommended for glassworking where Infrared protection is needed. This filter is more for soft glass usage.
