Unmatched Optical Clarity for Precision Lampworking

When working with glass blowing and lampworking torches, protecting your eyes from intense sodium flare and harmful radiation is critical to both safety and artistic accuracy. Borotruview lampworking glasses from VS Eyewear are engineered specifically for artists and glassblowers working with borosilicate glass. Designed with advanced light-filtering technology, these high-performance lenses effectively neutralize the blinding yellow sodium flare produced by heated glass. By removing optical distortion and glare, Borotruview lenses allow you to view the true colors of your molten glass and maintain precise thermal control throughout your torch work.

ANSI-Rated Protection & All-Day Torch Comfort

Beyond neutralizing bright torch flare, Borotruview lampworking glasses deliver essential defense against ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) radiation, as well as flying glass shards and thermal hazards. Built into lightweight, ergonomic safety frames that meet ANSI Z87.1 standards, these glasses offer durable impact resistance without causing facial fatigue during long sessions at the bench. Whether you are shaping intricate beads, crafting blown pipes, or working on complex glass sculptures, VS Eyewear provides the visual sharpness, comfort, and uncompromised eye protection you need to elevate your glass art safely.
