Domestic Shipping - Fast & Reliable Shipping Options

 

We offer multiple shipping methods to suit your needs, including standard, expedited, and express delivery. Whether you're ordering prescription glasses, sunglasses, or lens upgrades, your order will be processed and shipped with care. We prefer to ship via UPS or Fed Ex 2Day rather than the USPS. Both of those services are much more reliable and offer much better tracking options. We recommend only shipping domestic orders via the post office if you have to receive at a P.O. Box.

All domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via UPS or FedEx. You'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

 

Order Processing Time

 

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Prescription eyewear requires additional time to ensure your lenses are crafted to exact specifications. Once your order is ready, you'll receive shipping confirmation and tracking information.

 

Order Tracking

 

After your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. Easily check your shipment status online and get real-time updates from the carrier. To receive shipping updates, the best way is to either email us or contact us via our Live Chat service.

 

How do you normally ship to Canada?

 

We ship to Canada daily and prefer to ship via UPS or Federal Express. The shipping charges might be slightly higher, but the transit time is an awful lot shorter and tracking the package is much improved. I currently have an arrangement with these carriers, that I have not been charging the high custom/duties/taxes fees that are normally associated with these carriers.  We also ship via USPS postal either via First Class, Priority or Priority Express mail.

 

 

Military APO Shipping:

 

VS Eyewear is happy to ship our products to the men and women overseas serving in the U.S. Military. The United States Postal Service is the only courier that will ship to an APO or FPO address. They will not, however, provide delivery confirmation for packages shipped to APO or FPO addresses. So that delivery may be confirmed and for our customer's sake, VS Eyewear suggests that orders with final destinations of an APO and FPO address be shipped to an intermediary address and then forwarded to the APO or FPO address.

 

Please be aware that it could take 4 – 12 weeks for a package to reach its APO/FPO destination. VS Eyewear cannot be held accountable if the service member or end user has been relocated and the package becomes undeliverable. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, it will be held until the customer provides us with an updated address. Such packages may be subject to a second shipping charge.

 

International Shipping - Bringing VS Eyewear Worldwide

 

We're proud to ship to over 100 countries worldwide! International orders typically take 7-14 business days to arrive, depending on your location and customs processing times. We handle all customs documentation, so you don't have to worry about the details.

Are there any international addresses that you can't ship to?  While we ship to most countries, there are a few restrictions due to local regulations and shipping carrier limitations. We cannot ship to:

 

  • Countries under international trade sanctions
  • Certain remote territories and islands
  • Areas with restricted customs import policies for optical products

How much does VS Eyewear shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your destination, selected delivery method, and order details. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

How can I track my VS Eyewear order?

When tracking is available, VS Eyewear will send you a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information. Allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking status after dispatch.

How will I know when my eyewear has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation after your order leaves the fulfillment location. Check your email inbox and spam folder for dispatch and tracking updates.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Contact VS Eyewear customer service as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped..

What should I do if my VS Eyewear order is delayed?

First, review the latest carrier tracking updates. If the estimated delivery date has passed without a new update, contact VS Eyewear with your order number for assistance.

What happens if my eyewear package is lost in transit?

If tracking shows no movement or indicates a delivery problem, contact VS Eyewear customer service. Provide your order number and tracking details so the shipment can be investigated.

What should I do if tracking says delivered but my package is missing?

Check around the delivery location and ask household members, neighbors, or building staff whether they accepted it. If you still cannot locate the package, contact the carrier and VS Eyewear promptly.

Are international VS Eyewear orders subject to customs fees?

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges and responsibilities depend on local regulations and the terms shown at checkout.

I ordered prescription glasses 2 days ago and I paid for 2-day delivery—why don’t I have my glasses yet?

Your glasses will be shipped via 2nd Day Air when they are finished, but your shipping option does not affect the order’s processing time. Most orders take about two weeks to be processed prior to shipping.  

How long does it take for prescription orders to ship?

Most prescription orders ship within 5–15 business days. Specialty coatings and tougher prescriptions that require special material may add up to one additional week. Your order will ship via the method you select during the checkout process.  Unfortunately, the method of shipping that you choose will not cut down on production time.  Therefore, selecting Next Day Air does not mean that you will receive your order the next day. It only means that UPS will ship it to you in one day from the time that they pick up the package from our facility.

How long does it take to ship clip on glasses?

We stock a broad range of our Visionaries clip on sunglasses and clip on flip up sunglasses, but cannot stock all models.  If they are not in stock, the clip on glasses normally ship within 3-5 business days.
